NEC UNIVERGE® SV8100 Helps Pinnacle Mortgage Group Improve Call Center Efficiency

NEC Corporation of America (NEC), a leading provider and integrator of advanced communication and IT solutions, today announced that Pinnacle Mortgage Group, Inc., a full-service mortgage banking firm, has deployed NEC UNIVERGE® SV8100 all-IP communications servers in two locations for business continuity and reduced long-distance costs as well as an integrated UNIVERGE UM8000 unified messaging.
 
Pinnacle Mortgage, which provides mortgage banking services to customers in 23 states, now relies on its NEC UNIVERGE communications solution as a tool to help loan officers deliver excellent customer service. Implemented by authorized NEC dealer Synergy Telecommunications, Inc., the solution provides the company with reliable communications, UM8000 for unified delivery of voice and email messages in a single inbox, advanced reporting to monitor employees' inbound and outbound calls, along with call duration to determine employee efficiency.
 
Synergy also helped integrate the SV8100 with an existing predictive dialer solution, allowing Pinnacle to continue managing outbound sales campaigns targeted to customers in 23 states. As an added benefit, Pinnacle Mortgage Group uses its all-IP SV8100 to bypass long distance tolls and connect employees between headquarters in Denver, CO and a second office in Irvine, CA. The networked system also provides enhanced redundancy and business continuity for Pinnacle.
